Some examples of animations created using Cinema4D and After Effects

Inspired by a technique that dates back to one of the earliest forms of animation, these phenakistoscope pieces are single drawings that come to life by rotating each piece, usually by 30 degrees for each frame.

This modern take on Joseph Plateau's 19th-century invention captures the same timeless magic—spinning a disc of carefully sequenced images to reveal a seamless dance of motion. What was once static becomes a hypnotic, flowing sequence, invoking the spirit of one of humanity's first steps into visual storytelling.
